Ingredients

Milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, 80% silymarin), artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus), moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera), magnesium bisglycinate chelate. Other ingredients: magnesium oxide (minerals), citric acid (acidity regulator), maltodextrin (modified starch), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colours: FD&C Blue No. 1, carmine, amaranth, lemon yellow and melanin).

Recommended daily dose

1 sachet per day (5 capsules). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• Milk thistle extract: 200 mg (1 capsule)
• Artichoke leaf extract: 400 mg (1 capsule)
• Moringa leaf extract: 500 mg (1 capsule)
• Magnesium (from 1000 mg magnesium bisglycinate): 180 mg (2 capsules), 48% NRV

Milk thistle should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not take milk thistle if you are allergic to marigold, chamomile, yarrow or daisies. Capsules contain azo dyes.
