2. Products and responsible use
Product pages and labels provide the ingredients, quantity, recommended use, storage conditions and warnings applicable to each product. Please review them before purchasing and using a product. Food supplements are not medicines and do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep products out of the reach of young children. Website information does not replace individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Placing an order and forming a contract
Add the desired products to your cart, check the quantities and prices, enter accurate contact and delivery details, select an available delivery and payment method, and review the total before submitting the order. Submitting a paid order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total.
The sales contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation and payment has been received. We send confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please keep it as a record of your purchase. Contact us promptly if the confirmation contains an error or does not arrive.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and any delivery charge that is no longer due. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Any proposal to correct a price or order after purchase requires your agreement or another lawful basis.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs, discounts and the final amount payable are shown before the order is placed. Payments are handled through Shopify Payments using the methods available at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider; DOSEIT does not receive your full card number or card security code.
A one-time purchase does not authorise recurring charges. Any subscription purchase must be expressly selected, with its price, billing frequency and cancellation terms disclosed before you agree to it.
5. Delivery within Estonia
You select the available carrier and delivery method at checkout. Delivery is free when the product total after discounts is at least €20, excluding delivery. Below €20, delivery costs €3.20. Orders are delivered within 5 business days from receipt of the order, including processing and transport. Business days exclude weekends and Estonian public holidays.
If delivery is delayed or a parcel is damaged or missing, contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Your mandatory rights are not excluded by a carrier delay. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Return goods within 14 days after giving notice. For sealed food supplements, the health-protection and hygiene exception applies once the product has been unsealed after delivery. Opening only the outer transport box does not remove your right of withdrawal.
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct return shipping cost. DOSEIT covers necessary return costs for justified claims concerning defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods. Contact us for instructions. The refund procedure, product condition requirements, statutory exceptions and an optional withdrawal form are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrect goods.
7. Defects and complaints
If goods do not conform to the contract, contact doseit.info@gmail.com with the order details, the issue and your requested solution. Your statutory right to make a claim for a defect for which the seller is responsible applies independently of the 14-day withdrawal right. Under Estonian consumer law, the seller is responsible for non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. For food supplements, the nature of the product, stated shelf life and storage requirements are relevant; this does not extend the product's expiry date.
Notify us of a defect within two months of discovering it. We will provide the remedy required by law, such as replacement or, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or termination and refund. Necessary costs of resolving a justified claim are borne by us. We respond to written consumer complaints within 15 days of receipt.
8. Personal data and Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases, including to provide enhanced services drawing on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Relevant information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries. The purposes, legal bases, safeguards and consent choices are described in our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Accepting these sales terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking.
9. Governing law and disputes
Estonian law applies, without restricting mandatory consumer protections. We first seek to resolve complaints directly. If no agreement is reached, an Estonian consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee at TTJA; information is available at ttja.ee. You may also seek a remedy in the competent court.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms presented when you place your order apply to that order. Later changes do not retroactively alter an existing contract without a lawful basis or your agreement.
