All orders placed through www.doseit.ee are processed and shipped by CIBUS OÜ (Reg. No. 16348886), located in Estonia. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, which complements our Terms & Conditions.

2. Shipping Fees

All product prices listed on www.doseit.ee does not include delivery charges.
There are additional shipping fees unless specified otherwise during special promotions or outside-standard services.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Estonia and Latvia.
If you are located inside or outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at doseit.info@gmail.com before purchasing.

4. Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched after the full payment is received by CIBUS OÜ.
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia: 4–6 business days
- Other EU countries: 6–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service performance.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your payment is successfully processed.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct at the time of placing the order.
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at doseit.info@gmail.com.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at doseit.info@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Damaged products are eligible for an exchange or full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the account used for payment.
