Ingredients

Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (25–26% 5-HTP), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis, 40% L-theanine), moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera), magnesium bisglycinate chelate. Other ingredients: magnesium oxide (minerals), citric acid (acidity regulator), maltodextrin (modified starch), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colours: FD&C Blue No. 1, carmine, amaranth, lemon yellow and melanin).

Recommended daily dose

1 sachet per day (5 capsules). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• Griffonia simplicifolia extract: 400 mg, including 100 mg 5-HTP (1 capsule)
• Green tea extract: 400 mg (1 capsule)
• Moringa leaf extract: 500 mg (1 capsule)
• Magnesium (from 1000 mg magnesium bisglycinate): 180 mg (2 capsules), 48% NRV
